Flourish Developer's About Us

Flourish Developers started as a project to keep myself update with technology. My job was keeping me out of the loop on skills that I not only felt were important but were also fun and challenging. As I worked more on the site I remembered how much I enjoyed working on things like this and my friends and I had always discussed starting a business.

As I started volunteering I realized that I could put my skills to good use, keep up to date and do something positive all at the same time. I wanted to help small business get off their feet and I felt as though technology is a big hurdle for small businesses to overcome. People getting started in their industry do not want to get completely side tracked learning how to manage something extremely complicated. They are also constantly getting bombarded with offers and it is difficult to know who you can trust.

So Flourish Developers are here to help. I love working with NPOs and small businesses. Email over any question you may have and we can help you understand work through them.

System Design

We can perform interviews and assessments of what is needed to create a new system then convert that into documents that can be handed to developers. We can investigate existing issues to provide an accurate diagnosis of an issue and work with integrators to ensure that they are resolved. We can document an existing system to give you functional documents that will allow your system to be understood by any one who needs to know.

Project Management

We can break down large projects and convert them to small manageable tasks, creating charts and goals for managing productivity and as IT specialist we can identify risks and create strong relationships with other technical people

Consulting

We will listen to your goals and understand you business then work with you to accomplish those goals. We can offer an outside perspective, a technical prespective, an unbias perspective or all 3.

We are familiar with a range of topics and when things are minor it is more effective to handle them ourselves. Tasks such as PC set up, software installation, web site updates or maintenance, hardware replacement or small networking services.
